I have been a fan of this spice and many more sold here for years. I found this spice while visiting Maui and have been getting it shipped to me. The Maui BBQ Blend (Blazing Hot) is my favorite. I use it on everything. It goes great on chicken wings or any part of the chicken. Pork ribs or use it on a pork butt that I smoke up into pulled pork. Highly recommend this spice.
